[MMM Women] 'Dedicated Time for Self' series is to build a routine for self-care, self-love and self-growth.

As per Dr. Chapman, there are five primary love languages that people speak. These include words of affirmation, quality time, physical touch, acts of service, and receiving gifts.

Which are your favorite ones to hear? How do you feel loved through each of them? Which one is most natural for you to speak and which one is the least?  

What would happen if you speak more of your least natural one? 

Love is what we need and desire in our life, both in giving and receiving. It would be super beneficial that we expand our love capacity and diversity!
