[MMM Parent & Child] ‘Keep Connecting’ series is a space to share a caring, positive, and loving relationship together.

We all have a house of emotions like happiness, sadness, anger, fear, calmness, love and...etc. They are like friends coming to visit us when something has happened. It is a great opportunity for your little one to get to know them with you and explore ways to be friends with them.

For us, both parents and children, to be able to be aware, identify and separate emotions is the first key to managing our emotions. We will be learning through playing with a few tools to befriend our emotions, to name it, and find ways to be with them constructively.
