  • All yoga mats and other props will be disinfected before and after each workshop (kindly allow an extra 15 minutes for us to set up).

  • There are various packages for you and your children to enjoy with a discount and some additional gifts.

  • For online sessions, please log in 2 minutes before the starting time to ensure all audio and visuals are ready.

  • For online MMM sessions, please bring a yoga mat or a towel with you, so you may sit comfortably on the floor. 

  • A gift card (for 1 session, 3 sessions or 5 sessions) may be purchased. Please contact us directly.
